Our director, Heidi Hancock, was born and raised in Mount Gambier and has an appreciation of the legal needs of the community in the Limestone Coast.
Heidi was admitted to practice in 2012 and specialises in Family Law, offering support and a personal approach to guiding clients through property settlements and parenting arrangements.
Heidi is the only regionally-based accredited specialist in Family Law offering expertise. Furthermore, she is also a qualified Independent Children’s Lawyer meaning she is appointed to represent the needs and welfare of children during separation and Child Protection matters. Heidi’s experience and accreditations mean clients can be reassured that they are receiving the most comprehensive legal advice for family matters in the Limestone Coast.
Heidi also has a wealth of experience in Criminal Law and Wills and Estates. She offers a personal, approachable service allowing you to feel at ease and be reassured that your legal needs and individual circumstances will be professionally cared for.
